1. Preparation: Make sure the work area is clean and tidy, and prepare the required SMT Splice Tape, solder paste and other necessary tools.
2. Place the Yellow SMT Splice Tape on the workbench, making sure the pins of the splicing tape are aligned with the pads on the circuit board.
3. Use scissors or a razor blade to cut the SMT Single Splice Tape to the desired length.
4. Apply solder paste evenly to the pad.
5. Place the pins of the splicing tape on the solder pad, making sure that the pins are in full contact with the solder pad.
6. Use a soldering iron to heat the pins and pads to solder them together. Make sure not to weld for too long to avoid overheating.
7. Check the welding quality to make sure there is no looseness or gap between the splicing strip and the pad.
8. Repeat the above steps until all pins are soldered.
9. Check the welding quality and make necessary repairs or re-welding.
10. Clean the work area to ensure that waste materials generated during the welding process are removed.
